CPUC Third Annual California LifeLine Awareness Fair on Tuesday, Sept. 13th, 10AM-2PM, City of Citrus Heights Community Center

The California Public Utilities Commission will be presenting the Third Annual California LifeLine Awareness Fair on Tuesday, Sept. 13th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the City of Citrus Heights Community Center, Community Hall A, 6300 Fountain Square Drive (near Sam’s Club).   I have attached the event flyer (the flyer will be updated as more vendors are secured).

City of Citrus Heights Vice Mayor Jeff Slowey will be our featured Guest Speaker!

It is being held in celebration and observation of National Telephone Discount LifeLine Awareness Week (http://www.naruc.org/lifeline/default.cfm), which is

a national campaign to encourage qualified consumers to take advantage of California LifeLine (http://www.cpuc.ca.gov/PUC/Telco/Public+Programs/ults.htm).  Did you know that those who qualify for California LifeLine receive unlimited local calls for less than $7 a month?
